Foreign clients couldn’t wait to eat Italian food, but they just couldn’t cook those dishes at home. Why? For one, they’d use seed oil to make aglio, olio e peperoncino pasta! That’s when I had an idea: a box with pre-measured ingredients, all Made in Italy, to cook authentic Italian recipes without the chance of messing up. In 2015, I founded My Cooking Box.
