Our pasta is made with care and passion by a traditional Italian pasta maker in Lombardy, northern Italy. We chose Italian durum wheat fusilli for its typical spiral shape, perfect for carrying all the flavor of the Pecorino PDO and Grana Padano PDO cheese sauce.

Truffle seasoning
